The box the blower was in weighed 86lbs and the other box with all the other stuff weighed 40lbs.

Don't stop by just yet....I haven't started tearing it apart yet..lol. I am waiting on some other parts plus I need to figure out this driveline vibration first. I don't want it up on the dyno with that vibration cause it gets pretty wicked at 100mph. I have a new adjustable torque arm waiting to go in as well as a new stock rubber trans mount....then I think I'm gonna have to tweak (cut/weld) the y-pipe to accomidate the new TA. Hopefully I'll be ready next week sometime to tackle the install...I'll keep you posted. The A/C system is done almost...haven't charged it yet though. I ended up rewiring a bunch of stuff in the car....can you say project snow-ball effect!

I still think a guy could make a 4th gen wiper system work mounted inside the cowl......it's on my to-do list for sure.

Very nice James, even if you planned on installing next year, it would make a nice center piece at home

No real update...the blower is still sitting on my workbench out in the garage. I'm on the fence right now about swapping out my rear gears....if I do, the car will not get the blower until I finish that first. All the reading I have done say that with these PD style blowers anything over a 3.73 gear will be absolutely uncontrollable due to the instant torque these blowers make just off idle. Wish I would have planned further ahead cause I just put these gears in last year Been driving the car around this last week to work out the kinks in all the work I did to it this winter. The good news is I was able to get rid of a high speed vibration I had last year I took a vacation day today to wrap up a few loose ends on the car...also need to give the tuner a call and discuss some things with him.

I'd step down with the gearing, its not a drag car and with 18" street tires its not gonna hook in 1st or 2nd.

Yeah, i know I will change ratio's eventually.....I'm just wondering if doing it before it gets on the dyno would be a better idea. I'm not sure how bad it will eff up the tune down the road if I wait to change them.

shouldn't mess up the tune at all, when I changed ratios Phil came by and changed my tune in 5 minutes. You could do it yourself with HP tuners or even a handheld.

I have HPtuners so that's not an issue, but I know a change in ratio's change how the engine sees load....I'm gonna give my tuner a call today and pick his brain.

EDIT:....Just talked to him and he said gears won't make a difference on the tune....so i guess it's time to disassemble!!
