$28 would be cheap for a 10 lb refill.. Cost me $4.50 a pound..

for anyone around the tri citys i found two places one in freeland 5.50 lb and one in bay city for 4.50 lb pm for their number

depends on their supplier, we sell ours for 4.25 a lb.

4.50 might be a little high but its 15 minutes from my house vs if i was to go to evi which is an hour one way
