Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

Uhm, I have no idea about that area. If all else fails, stop in at a medical supply store? They always refill bottles.
EDIT - I'm still looking but I found that Rider's Hobby Shop in Kalamazoo has a nitrous refilling station that is in stock. http://www.sfsmindustries.com/nitrous_oxide.htm I'll see if I find anything closer.

i didnt know you could fill a bottle at medical supply... i thought you had to have a license or script to get medical grade no2... hmm intresting i know its cleaner than welding/race grade no2 but does it work the same? i have like 4 medical supplies in my town and only one welding supply that will fill car bottles and takes 2 days in a freezer to do it... and still wont fill it all the way.

It depends on where you go. You can usually get medical grade NO2 at Airgas. They aren't a medical supply place, they just sell every gas and liquid that you could ever need in pure form. If you show up with an automotive nitrous tank and not a bunch of whippits, they won't give you a problem.
Automotive/Welding NO2 has sulfur dioxide in it so that you cannot get high off of it. If you try to, you'll get violently sick. Medical grade obviously does not have this additive. Supposedly this is the only difference between medical grade and industrial grade, the quality is the same. Also, sulfur dioxide does not affect combustion in any way.
I filled it at Auto Masters which is in Cutlerville/GR right on South Division, and it cost me 45 bucks, which is alright price, but there are other places that arent car part stores where i can get it cheaper next time...

there is one guy here that has an actuall pump for car no2 and he buys from the welding company, but besides that i havent found anything in the area... i think i might just head down to ram chargers or something and see how much they are, ill try the medical supplie companys in town but i doubt that will fly... to many 12 year old inhaling whip cream around here for them to trust me..lol
