    Is this plausable?

    Forward Facing Y-pipe turbo?

    http://www.fullthrottlev6.com/forums...568#post679568

"I dont know why you guys even thinking about remote setup or doing custom headers which will crack if you wouldnt do it right and spend on coating. Do this , its simple and from Y to the turbo is what? 2 feet. you will have everything upfront, close to the intercooler , etc. if you are fan of the twin turbo system - just run 2 smaller pipes instead of Y.

All I read from that thread was the 1st post.

Its not possible to fit a turbo at the end of your Y-pipe because it would be way to big.
And from the looks of that rig you posted a pic of they are thinking about taking the hot side under the k-member which wouldn't work unless you plan on lifting your Fbody on some 35" tires.

One good speed bump or better yet wheels up launch and that thing would be crushed.

that looks like a under K-member kit. You will lose alot of ground clearance..

thats gonna sit under the subframe and hit everything, Your be lucky if it doesn't yank your headers off the block and damage stuff.

lets just say, its not a great design... these F-bodys dont need to loose much ground clearance, and could be more like 3.5" you will loose...
