lol tell me about it. and to be real the turbo is the easy part. 2k and can have a complete hot side . its just u need a trans, motor , drive shaft, tires brakes, roll cage , meet the track rules, etc.lol. next thing you no you have a 20k car . so far all to gether i have 7k. then i have to pay my fab guy a flat rate $30hr .lol. he is making more a hr then me and i am paying him

so anywho. i hope to see you guys this year at auto euro . Its like my goal for the summer minus woodward and miland drag way.

so anywho . is their a comapny that has a cheap price on a fuel cell for my car that will fit in tbe stock spot? i have a nice custom sub box taking up the trunk. i dont want cut out the trunk,

also the sumping of the tank is not bad $60 for the kit from detroit speed. then i have a a1000 elimnater and i plan to run e85 ( 105 octan at the cost of 87 octan after fuel milage is add in) . so is some of the things i need to have done to my car you can think of. i am kinda winging it. its my 2st build

yea e85 ftw! Ive been saying that e85 would be the way for alot of drag racers for a couple of years now. and look now i think most of the cars in the lsx shoot out used e85

well its like race gase at the pump . 105octan at the cost of $2.50 a gallon with 15-20% milage lost it adds up to be the cost of 87 octan. but with a 1000rwhp street car. their is a good post on that stuff on the other site i am on www.turbomustangs.com

        http://www.theturboforums.com/smf/in...?topic=47094.0

its about a mustangs making 1053rwhp on that stuff. also now race gas companies are steping up to the plate. the are making e98 , and e101 .

thats just ethonal mix with 15% race gas at the tune of $2.87 a gallon. with a 110+ octan rating. its all in that post

ok guys well a few up dates on the car. its lookin like i should have every thing about done in a few weeks. hear are some up date pics.

well mounting the s10 is working out ok. for the driver side you only have to move the last tube to clear the steering shaft. besides that its a perfect fit. the pasnerger side is kind the hard part. the header flange had to be cut off of the tubes and add a spacer to clear the spark plugs. like a inch. no pics of that yet. wanitin on the end product of the passanger header.

for the down pipe I went to wolf air craft. pick up some 4inch 304ss . Great People!! The exh pipe you can see under the rear end.

also you notice their is a trans mount on the turbo. this is to let the turbo rock with the motor but still give the turbo suport.

well when i get more parts in i will up dated the pics and info again.

                  Hello All,

Things have been a little slow with the project. I just finished the BMR Suspension install Saturday. Monday, the 28th, I dropped the car off at Victory Racing Engines, in Chesterfield Twp., to rap up a few things for me. Which includes fuel system installed, radiator support, engine wire harness, and drive shaft. I am still waiting on the quote. I will keep you guys updated when I find out more. I hope to be able to make Woodward Dream Cruise. =^)

Well i just got the quote from VRE. I was not very happy with the Price.lol. I made some changes to what i am going to have done by them.So i am just going to have them do the wiring and Finish the rest in my drive way. Free beer if anyone wants to help.

So what I have left will be
                    1.Brakes

Plumb the brake lines, bolt up the brake calipers in the rear, and install summit brake proportioning valves

                    2 Fuel system

Install fuel regulator, install pre filter, Install Fuel pump, plumb -12 from tank to pump, -10 from pump to regulator and -8 return.

                    3.shifter install

                    4. relocate Battery to trunk
