That's very impressive, especially the price! Less than 2,000 for it... that's incredible. The 3.4L setup is like $3,000.

depending on what 3.4 it might work they have the same heads as the 3.1 but thats for the newer engines... not sure if that kit will fit looks like the first gen of the motor but if you research it i bet its the same exhaust i know the stock 3.1 turbo back in the 90's will fit on my 95 3.1 so im sure that will fit because i couldnt find headers for a fwd 3.1 come to find out it was the same as the 3.4 non dohc...

I'd be more worried about how many holes the weak cv joints are going to put through your hood and fenders when they shatter on that fwd.

well if i did it i would pop in a new trans they have a couple fwd grand prixs running bullet proof 4t60e and 4t65e down in florida pushing near 850hp... thats how they support there race team is by building there "secret bullet proof trans" and half shafts...cost like 1,700 bucks but hey still would be a funny thing to see sleepers are the best...

look at zoomer from zzp, he's got the fastest fwd 3800 car in the country, and has not broken a cv joint (a cv joint is stronger than a factory u joint)

since i don't really want do deal with an engine swap, i might have to get that turbo kit for my car, along with a new intake manifold and a throttle body, then maybe I won't feel like just a puss when i tell people my car has got a v6 in it

I want a turbo kit....but im lookin at $4G's atleast...and i know my stock 10 bolt will blow to hell with anymore power than i already got. (i need a moser 12 bolt next!) im thinkin just some spray this summer since i won't have to get new rims now!

Yea you V6 guys have a lot of rather inexpensive options to make your cars much faster ... and like someone said...sleepers are the shit! i love seein someone get their ass handed to them by something unexpecting like GrandPrix or even a V6 F-body!!! go little dudes!!

ya the little 7.5 is junk i mean you can build it up with nice axel shafts and c-clip elims but still thats only rated to handle like 500hp i think... thats my next upgrade eaither find a factory 9 bolt borg warner or a aftermarket 9 inch or 12 bolt... talking alot of green though usually around 1800 to 2000 bucks... that about how much i have in the car already...lol and thats witha built trans, engine, and all my performance goodies...

Whats so great about the 9 bolt Borg Warner? That's whats in my car. Gears are nearly impossible to find for it and I was always told it wont take much abuse.

Screw GM rearends... get a real rearend, a ford 9" or a mopar 8 3/4".
