Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Yes. There are several ways. One, you can pop the wax out of the container and rub it on the foam pad. Two, you can use a butter or putty knife to spread it on the pad. Three, and is what I do, is I apply the wax by hand first and then go over the car with a DA and waxing pad to even out the wax and get a smooth coat on.
Thanks for the info, but I have a couple questions if you dont mind. If I apply it by hand first wont it dry before I get to the RO buffer? And one more, what kind of pad do you recommend for doing which type of detailing? I have been only using the cloth bonnets but I have seen foam, microfiber etc.
The Chevy Camaro was built with a single purpose in mind which it executes flawlessly...Going very very fast in a straight line until your hair catches on fire.
Maybe i could ask them for a front fender for my car some chick ran into me when she was backin up haha. Yea thats what i thought it was and i cant buy a 24 pack lol im to young
I have a 3 pad kit from Sonus I believe. There's three colors, Orange is the hardest (for rough polish), green was the middle for mild polish, and then blue was the softest, for waxes, sealants, and glazes.
I bought an orbital but it didn't seem like it was any help.
Was it a random orbital, or just a regular orbital buffer? If it was a regular orbital, no wonder it didn't seem to help -- it probably put scratches in your paint.
