I use mothers but meguiars everything else. I'd pick up one of those three stage kits, with the cleaner glaze, and the other two waxes. I know meguiars makes great products, but you should save yourself the hassel and just buy a cheap car cover thats water resistant from mejiers for like 20 bucks that way you don't have to worry about the sun.

I use all meguiars products on my car. Love it and the shine it makes. My brother uses their products as well on his 99 firebird. I use their 3 step system as well as the nxt tech wax. All great products

I switched to Meguiar's gold class last year, and while its a great product, it's a paste and I'm not a fan of pastes. I had the new NXT spray wax given to me for my birthday and I love the stuff. Easy to put on, in a nice even layer, you can't overwax with the stuff, and it buffs off really easy, very little of the wax residue/powder. It really does the job, the water just beads up on it as good as any other I've used. And the best part, you can do the whole car in under 30 minutes!!!!!!!

DO NOT buy one of those cheap $20 covers!!! That's worse on your paint than leaving it unprotected. They scratch the hell out of your car and ususally suck at keeping water off it or trap it underneath against the paint! I wouldn't know what wax to recommend since I never wax any of my vehicles! I use the spray detailers that have some wax in it but I've yet to actually wax any vehicle in years! I just keep em polished and clean.

I love meg's products, havent came across anything yet by them that I don't like. 3 step w/ nxt instead of carnuba wax is amazing from my experiences.
If you just want to do minimal, wash, clay the paint, use 1 or 2 coats of nxt.

btw, thanks for the warning on the car covers. I almost bought one of the cheap ones. My neighbor gave me a free cover, he got it at work and they were using it for prototype jeep products. They were giving em away when the order was complete or something like that. It fits my car really well, should i use it or not? I am gonna wash it first but the surface is pretty soft, idk if it will be a problem or not.

cheap covers are fine when used INDOORS like i assume you plan on doing... unless they are really cheap and made out of material that is terribly harsh.

i had a car cover, i dunno if its because i took it off several times and may have touched the dust but i coulda sworn i had some MINOR scratches on my car after using the cover last summer before i got my license. of course they came off easy. If you are careful a cover should be just fine for the car. as far as meguiars goes the stuff is just downright incredible. I use it as my brother says, i used to use the 3 step process but as of late i have used Scratch X, Meguiars Cleaner Wax, and then finished of with Meguiars NXT Tech Wax, I love the combo, it removes most of the fine scratches and the car just glows. I just used that process on my gfs new grand am which was in a deep need for some TLC, and the results were awesome, she had spots that were practically pink (on a red Car) and completely dull due to poor maintenence. the products i used made the car shine and look awesome again. I definately reccomend meguiars.

IF the underside of the cover is soft like a cotton or flannel it'll be fine. The cheap ones I'm talking are the nylon/poly/synthetic stuff that is like sand paper. If you leave it outside with one of those you're better off not having anything. If you're using it inside they still don't do much. They suck at stoping dust. I have a California Car Cover plushweave cover that's awesome but was about $150.

Mcguires Gold Class is Awesome! I bought my car cover from the dealer for almost $250. Stormshield covers work great and are available for a lot less and they are custom fit to the cars.

                          P.S. Who is this???

no he never got a garage spot, thats why im so worryied about it. i would be very upset if my baby has anything wrong with it that i could have taken care of myself, ecpecaily if it was something as little as washing and waxing it on a regular basis ya know???

and i waited awhile to do this one, you know i love you meissen.
