I will have to try the Ardex, once my car gets painted and I can wax it.
Where do you get it at?
most compound dusts off, if it doesnt i use quick detailer. I leave the mess of compound on the windows and wherever else during the first wax.

IF your paint needs some help do the first two steps of the Meguiars 3 step kit and instead of caranauba wax for the third step just use the NXT tech wax, that stuff is legit

the best wax you can buy is called zymol. they are a german company i believe. i have some of the wax, it costs between $50-$30,000. they have a triple stage process and waxes specially formulated for your can and your paint. to keep your shine for a long time, use this spray made by wizards. i think it's called "mist n shine"

you will get the best shine on your car possible!

I wouldn't say Zymol is the "best" that you can buy. It's definately a good product but there are better's out there. Most of the Zymol on the shelves are $7 Carnuba's. Danase sells great products and I've never had a problem with anything they sell.

I don't like alot of Meguiars or Turtle Waxes because they really don't last that long and really don't give you the protection you need. However I do like the paste tech wax.

I use Wizard's Mist and Shine when I clay bar because it works very good with it. It's a good lubricant for the clay and it leaves the paint nice and soft and ready for polish.

PPC makes a good polish called Prestige also.

Alot of the good stuff you will not find in your normal autoparts store. You will most likely have to order the more higher end product's and you will have to spend more but you do get what you pay for.

Please do a detail job the right way too: Wash, Clay, Polish, Wax.

I'll probably do a write-up sometime soon also.

I like Klasse All-in-One with a porter cable lately. A few coats of sealant glaze and it feels/looks pretty good. I also love the PC to remove the wax residue much better than trying to buff off by hand.
