  • Where to get o2 bung welded on?

What is a good shop in or near clinton township that will weld on an o2 sensor bung? I want to go back to closed loop on the t/a so i need to put my narrowbands back in but I would like to still have a narrowband.

I have the bung, all they gotta do is drill a hole and weld it on.

It will be going on my pacesetter offroad y-pipe, not sure of the metal it is, guessing mild steel.

There will be no problems if it is tuned right. ITs kind of complicated but ive already made up my mind and i know what im doing.

Widebands get confused at idle on high overlap cams. Causes a false a/f reading and the car goes rich. Narrowbands are less responsive so are thrown off less at idle and are designed to read 14.7 anyways. Well im gonna lower the switchpoints and run leaner at idle.

Basically, makes up for lack of precision with wb on idle as well as non-normalized VE table.
