I am going to give it a try. I went ahead and ordered it. I am looking forward to it being any easy intall (pray) in my driveway. Then I will take some clips of it and post how it turns out. If it sounds bad then the stock will go back on. Better start get those bolts hit with some penetrating oil now, huh?!

Okay, got it installed this weekend. Here is a sound clip, it is way louder than stock, it's going to take some getting used to. I am going to also need better speakers to hear the stereo now. LOL What is too load on the streets of Michigan before the law may want to pull you over? Its actually not bad until you accelerate then it roars!

Around town it sounds sweet, it sounds mean, kinda like a dog thats all bark and no bite . Out on the highway cruising at 55mph it has a lot of "bass", its very annoying as I am not used to it yet. Maybe I need to go back to a muffler? Actually while out on the highway it reminds me of the time my exhaust pipe rusted about in half if front of my muffler on an old pick up truck I had....yikes Am I just going to need to get used to the cool new sound or does it really sound like a rusted out pipe?
This is what the system looks like:

Open exhausts SUCK!!! I had a Dynomax cat back I put on a 4.3 Blazer and it had horrible drone at highway speeds. I had another Blazer I put it on and thought it might be different and it was still loud. I had hollowed out the cat because I thought it was bad and it made it even louder! I don't like a super loud exhaust. It's kind of neat at first but then just gets annoying if you drive it all the time. You could try to put a bullet style muffler inline so it will tone it down some but still be fairly loud.

that exhaust looks likes its gonna flow for shit, just b/c of where the pipe that goes over the axle meets where the tips are mounted to is a straight 90 degree,

I have only driven it half a dozen times and I am leaning towards not liking it! If I could turn back time I would try the magnaflow! It sounds good at idle or at a slow cruise but there is SO much loud annoying deep "drone" during driving that I can't even enjoy any music and I feel like I sound like my muffler fell off somewhere back down the road. Maybe its me, I have always had pretty quiet cars. I want to have someone drive the car around while I follow to see what it sounds like from outside the car. So far I would not recommend this system to anyone but I will post back if my oppinion changes. Thanks!
