Man up, take a weekend off and do them your self at home. Unless there is some reason you CANNOT I don't see why anyone couldn't get a little bit dirty and save a few bucks. By doing it your self you will feel so much more accomplished anyways. But yeah, CARS is the place to take your stuff, Sean is the manOriginally posted by motownZ View Posthave a 02 and want some headers and live in the metro detroit area and just wanting to see some prices on a header install

Me, Mike and the guys did mine in my garage on jack stands. Took like 5 hours, but it was free, and so much more rewarding and funOriginally posted by c0ncEpT View PostMan up, take a weekend off and do them your self at home. yeah they are fun to do, I have done a set on an older truck I have, I bought a set i wanna put on my TA, but unlike you 4th geners, us 3rd geners and earlier have to be concerned about busting off bolts in the heads. That is what is keeping me from doing my 83 TA. Dont wanna bust bolts off and end up having to pull the head. not really enough room in engine bay to deal with busted bolts.
