I installed a set of Pacesetter long tube headers on a 95 Z28 and the header collector exited was about an inch from the floor pan seat support. I had to play around forever to get the collector adapter reshaped so it would clear the floor pan and even had to reshape the exhaust pipe. Very bad design. I would go with Kooks or SLP headers.
