  • 4" Cutout Recommendation

Getting ready to put the GMMG on and figrued now is the time to add a cutout. Anyone have advice on which one to get? I think that I remember Jeff having one?

DMH low pros are nice. I have a 3" QTP on my car- it has been wonderful! Cheaper too You will love the cutout, it sounds like pure horror when it gets opened up

I have a QTP it works ok, I've actually had the shaft break on me once and the set screw back off after that. I fixed these things myself but if I were to do it again I'd give DMH a try I've heard they are much better.

from what ive seen the DMH opens a lot faster than the QTP.

I have to admit, I do miss having that on my car... but the duals are oh so much better

Wow, DMH really isn't that bad price wise. Probably end up going with that. 200 bucks for the valve and 70 for the y pipe isn't bad.

FYI I found my QTP used for 125 for a stainless Y section and the e-cutout

Thats probably the direction I would go since I've got so much sunk into this exhaust already, but there aren't too many used 4" cutouts floating around.
