Is the only option then to use stockers with extensions? Or could I use C5 rear O2's (as front O2's) on my LS1?

            Used to own a Firebird.

I dont believe anyone makes longer O2s. You buy stock Bosch O2 sensors and extension harnesses. Eric L

I would not buy Bosh o2's... even the parts dealers that sell them around here say they are garbage. And I highly doubt you are going to get a warranty on any o2 sensor, I could be wrong. I would go with OEM o2's just because they are way more reliable. I got them at a chevy dealer in st. clair here for my LS1 for about $80 a piece, they list around $112.

Also the place that made my wiring harness for my motor swap can make extensions for what you are looking to do if you get a factory O2. They just made some jumpers for my O2's so i can switch from the corvette style flat plug, to the square f-body style for the O2's I ordered from the chevy dealer

ive had good success with bosch o2 sensors, ive used them on all my cars with no problems, a tank of 110 did kill a set onetime tho, since the ls1 and lt1 o2 sensors are different i cant help, but i know of a gm car that uses the same as a ls1 but are alot longer,i always use those ones. ive cut and lengthened a stock set before too, but it can be a pain.
