I have a homemade one, couldnt hurt over the stock intake, it was pathetic.

It's one of the only things I've done (so far
). I haven't been on the dyno to give you any objective data, but it was a noticable change. My throttle response was definately a little quicker, and at highway speeds the higher gears seem to pull more than before. There are a lot of choices out there, but helping you car breath better is never a bad thing.
