yeah he is actually in our club he drives the 81 malibu super nice guy, and did a great job. and actually its really quiet im glad i got the cut outs so i can hear that rumble if i want it. but there is no drone in the car and super easy to talk in it. the mufflers must be very "restrictive" great lol

yeah its nice saying you got tds lol.. its nice NOT having what 90% of the 4th gen fbodys have, y pipes! but there are pros and cons to both.. tds you cut down on the clearance and you have to buy 2 mufflers! lol

                      must be a straight 6?

looks great kyle. i cant believe you fit cutouts in there. That is exactly what i was trying to do and i couldnt make cutouts fit - but i do have SFCs that might have been in the way.

And btw if you think that setup is quiet there is no way those mufflers are the same as what i have. my shit is LOUD.

thanks and i guess thats where my 2 point SFCs are alittle better, i did have to take my DS loop off, it gave me another 3/4 of a inch clearance.. ill just make a custom one. but the guy did a awesome job! how does the clearance look compared to yours? and i guess "quiet" is relative, its alot quieter than the open headers i was used to, but its still pretty loud. i opened the cutouts today for a second and really saw the difference in sound they are LOUD lol but i dont know if its becuase they are different mufflers or what, but i drove it about 50 miles yesterday and i never got that "drone" or sound a normal flowmaster makes so maybe it was a good thing getting the cheap ones lol.

i think ive got more clearance than you, but probably not that much. did you smack the floorboards up where the seats are?

yeah i let him do it, and he did it until he thought there was enough room i guess, but i think i got like 3.75 inches from the muffler to the ground.. not to good, but i guess could be worse. at first i thought that the cutouts were going to be my lowest point, but the mufflers are.
