Your thoughts on ported TB?

Should I or should I not port my stock TB? It would be going from 72mm to 75mm. What would 3mm actually do? How much more would it Flow?

Should I delete the IAC? That would make it flow better but would it run right?

no don't delete the IAC. Also porting the throttle body won't show much gain but it certainly can't hurt.
