sorry, but i dont think a flowmaster is going to give u that much of a hp gain, if any that it would be easier to spin the tires..and if pheonix's firebird is a 97 with a 3.8, it would kill the 3.4 in 200,000+ mile camaro..

I have true dual exhaust with 2 glasspacks (Cherry Bombs is what the guy told me) on my car and I think it sounds pretty good. Seems to flow pretty good, I don't really have anything for comparison since that setup was on the car when I got it.

Ben, you see what you started? I'm gonna have to whoop yo ass at Milan and post up some time slips now. . . You know I beat you the first time, you admitted you were going all out, and the second time, I didn't get a good launch. . . And, fyi, the 3.4 in my car is modded, whereas Ben's 3.8 is bone stock. . . I have a CAI, exhaust, aluminum driveshaft, racing plugs, AutoLite Platinum wires, and soon to get a well needed oil change. . . Almost 10,000 mi. overdue. . . . whoops. Forgot about the little sticker in the windshield. . . lol

i am pretty sure the 3.8's have like 200hp, even with your mods, with 200,000+ miles i dont even think you have the hp it came with stock..

Y'all are just haters. . . lol I know I don't have as much HP, but I can try, can't I? I beat Ben because he didn't launch well, and I did. He beat me the other day for the same reason. It's that simple. Ben's car isn't exactly low mileage either, so I think we are about even in the HP/TQ race. . . How about we get this thread back on topic? Damn, that muffler sounds awesome. . .

I do have to agree with Nick in the sense that it doesn't matter who has the HP, it's who's going to get the traction.

werd I was talkin 3.8 v6 to 3.4 v6. with only a 40 hp difference, it's not going to make TOO much of a difference in who has the HP if the more HP guy can't get the traction and the lesser HP guy can.
