          Precisely.

Cutouts basically open the exhaust before the muffler.

When they say "electronic cutout" does that mean that you control it with a switch to determine if it's open or closed or does it open when you turn over the ignition? (I know this is a stupid question but I honestly don't know anything about cutouts) And is it a simple install or difficult? I always like louder

                No, that controls it.

I don't smoke, so I hid my switch in the ashtray.

Not really hard to install. Cut out the pipe where you want it and weld it in!

no I have it now just get one off summit for like $40 you just need a 3" one and have a shop weld it in and your all set, then down the road you can spend the extra cash and get an electric plate for around $140 and be all set.
