  • please help my truck stalls

    hello
i have a 1981 dodge ram 2500 with a 360. well it has a holley carb on it and i think it might be to big. The truck is really slow getting up to speed and if your stopped and you give it any gas at all to get going it stalls out. does anyone know what this might be. and does anyone know how i can get more power with out buying much.
    thank you

well i fixed the stalling problem so thats all fixed but last night while i was driving it i had to stop on the side of the road and shut the truck off because the wires inside the truck stated burning and now the is no interior light. all of the outide lights work great. but no interior light and no speedometer and no gas gauge and no oil pressure gauge. so now i cant drive it and i cant afford to fix this problem. what can i do would anybody in there right mind want this truck in it's condition.
