Looks like your almost ready to take her for a beating. Don't forget to tighten those bolts every start up for the first few weeks. I though I was doing good when I checked them every other day after the first week. I ended up blowing the driver side gasket. The first few start ups they loosen up a ton.

I made some of my own block off plates using the egr stuff that I took off, and blocked of the hole in the cold air intake with electrical tape, because I couldn't wait until the block off plates came in to start it up. My question is, when I started it up and revved it a bit, some weird liquid came out of the exhaust, it doesn't smell like gas or coolant, is this liquid normal? It does sound really awesome though!

Could be some kind of grease used for the mandrel bends? I wouldn't think that would be the issue with them being coated. Possibly moisture and carbon from sitting for a long time?

Moisture is the result of good combustion. Its 100% normal. In the video clip I made you can moisture leaking out of a small hole in my muffler haha
