Pin out for 98-99 pcm swap, transmission only?

With doing the pcm swap and doing the harness repin at the trans, I can't make any sense of the wiring anymore. With colors being different from 98 to 99 and so many wires not being used, I've completely confused myself. If anyone could tell me what wires go from the pcm and which pin location to the 4L80e and location, I'd gladly compensate. I know it's something simple. Seems I have a 12 volt in a spot which should be a ground in the trans harness and my port under the dash won't connect to any scanner. Gets power but won't connect. Thanks in advance
