  • Need some help... 3.8L

Well its that dreaded time, I have to change the spark plugs. What is the best (Easiest) way to do this? Its a 1997 Camaro RS 3.8L.

    Thanks!
    Mike

Hope it's easier to do than on the LT1.

4-8 Hours of Labor at a shop. I decided to check on it after i looked at the engine bay. But i think i can figure this out.. I just need some input on the easiest way to do it. It looks very intimidating!

          Here is some steps.
          1. drop the engine.
          2. find a LS1 car.
          3. Jack it up and take the engine and run away.
          4. put the ls1 in your car.
          5. Enjoy

I am just joking that's horrible.
          Never do that.

From what I heard it is not that bad to do the spark plugs in the 3.8L
I believe my brother did it and it wasn't too bad but that is in a 2002 Camaro.
I don't think there is much difference between the two is there?

I would think you can get to them from the bottom.
