  • BCM question

Is it a bad idea to start my T/A without the BCM in it?

I pulled it out to have my brother take it to work and re-sotter those nasty connections for the radio and such. Thought he would have done it by now but he's slackin'.
Finally got the tranny back in and all put back together and want to run it to make sure everything is good to go...but not sure what all the BCM controls and if it will screw with anything up.

The BCM is the Body Control Module and controls thing like accessories. I would think you will be fine.

It also controls the VATS system so unless its bypassed....wont do much.
