coil "brackets" to fit my 98 coil packs??

in case some didnt see my issue on swapping valve covers in my other thread.....

my 98 coil packs wont fit, what i believe i bought off ebay, were corvette brackets. brackets attach to the valve covers but my coils are fatter then the supplied mounting location in the brackets.

is there a different set of coil brackets that will fit both my coil packs and the center style valve covers, or am i going to have to fab something up to work?

can you snap a pic? You must have bought the wrong brackets because mine work just fine on a set of 99+ f body coil brackets. One easy option you could do is make small round alumiunum spacers and buy longer bolts to mount them so they sit higher and fit better into that "groove" for them.

thats exactly what i planned on doing. cant snap a pic til next weekend though. id like to get the right brackets although

just make the spacers if it works.. will be much cheaper and you wont even be able to tell since they get covered
