HAVE NO IDEA. Help please...

1996 Camaro- So I noticed last week that my passenger side turn signal wasn't working right, as the light would just stay on when I would attempt to use it. That means that the stop/tail light was out, so I decided to replace all of the bulbs in the back (with the correct bulbs). Now all of the bulbs are functional, but the turn signal still does the same thing and won't signal at all from the back, while the front side marker and blinker in the gages just stay on. Also, the stop/tail light on the PASSENGER side is lit up constantly with the brightness the same as when the brakes are applied... does anybody have any idea what the hell is going on?

Sounds about right I think, remember there is two of them, get both and save yourself a second trip because it's always the "other" one that's bad.

This. It was always my front bulbs that were going out and causing my turn signal to stay solid.

Make sure you replace the blinking bulb with the correct bulb that "blinks" just did my gf's tail lights and the bulb she had bought wasnt the "right blinking" bulb I wish I knew a better way to explain that... lol

If you can't locate a failing bulb, it could be the socket. I had one go bad the grd side was corroded and no contact so the bulb ( dual element) would series through the other element. kinda sounds like your description. If I remember correctly when I hit brakes it would go dim instead of bright.

Ground on that side. Flasher uses load to heat an element. If a bulb Isnt lite There isn't enough load to heat the flasher. The bulb is backfeeding causing the lack of change. Very common on trailers, old shadows and such

to answer all questions, i replaced the front blinking bulb, and all of my fuses are good, checked them all.... I don't really know electrical, so how do I check for a bad socket? They all looked okay when I changed the bulbs...

I called the Dealer. They said your Blinker Fluid is low.
They offer the Blinker fluid change service for $89.99 and its a steal since they said it was on sale.

(JUST KIDDING!)

Get a can of electrical cleaner and spray it in the socket. Look at the contacts and see if they look corroded or dark.
Use a small piece of emry cloth and rough the contact surface up a bit.
Stick the bulb back in and see if you have light. If it fixes it, get some bulb grease to keep out moisture from the socket.
Don't forget about any side marker bulbs.

If that doesn't work:
try swapping the right/left flashers under the dash.
My only other guess could be either broken wiring, or a bad turn signal switch in the column.
