    I agree with Gary - something's not right with the PCM or the OBD2 port under the car. What did both scanners say when you tried to scan?

      the grounds are on the back of the heads
      the DLC is powered by fuse 11 in the IP box

        il pay someone 50 bux if they can swing by sometime this weekend and help me fix my problem.. il make that 50 100 if it gets fixed.. iv got everything out and my pcm wires all out just its so frustrating because i don't know enough about it so i don't really know what im doing.. i feel like its impossible to trace the 4 grounds that are soldered together.. just call or text me, brent 810-247-0813.. i really need my car fixed asap!!!

        both scanners said unreadable or whatever it says..

          PCM.. just got my old pcm back, tuned ofcourse and she fired right up.. damn
