  • Ignition Module grease

I posted this over on ThirdGen.org and I figured I would through it out here and see what you guys think.
I have a remote coil ignition module that is bad and I have a spare that I am trying to install. The problem is I cant
seem to find what the correct grease is. Someone said to use CPU thermal grease which seems to
make sense since it is supposed to help transfer heat out of the Module. Any ideas? Thanks

you should be able to find some thermal grease at a parts store. cpu stuff would probably do the trick, but it might not hold up so well underhood.

Thanks for the info. The stuff they gave me was called dielectric connector protector. It just didnt sound right but it was dielectric so I used it and I haven't had any problems yet. Thanks for the help.
