Might want to prepare yourself for the possibility of it being the fuel pump. I hope its not but it sounds like it.

before you buy a new pump make sure to check all your grounds, if the pump is not grounded properly it won't kick on, ask me how I know

If you find nothing buy a new pump.

I think mine took like...half a day by dropping everything.

              But yes - fuel pump.

              Go with a high-po one.

you do have a bad fuel pump - i work in a gm dealer - i put a pump in mine a couple of months ago and it was a nightmare. I didnt cut the hole in the hatch because it looked like there was almost no clearance on the fuel lines, my luck id hit them with the cutting wheel. Good luck though man you do have to drop the axle and exhaust... my exhaust broke in half when i dropped it - i love my car
