93 TA Disable Popups?

Hey All I've got a quick question. I couldn't find anything in the search but I have a 93 TA and I enjoy driving around with my parking lights and fog lights on, unfortunately when I turn the parking light switch on the headlights popup but of course don't turn on until I switch them on. any help would be appreciated.

Yeah I found out the 93 was the only year, Ive testing the wires at the switch no trigger's, and I looked at the so called box behind the radio but it doesnt have the black and blue harness its just a white one, although I havent tested any of those wires I dont think thats the box ive read about in different posts, anyone here at all know? until Ill keep searching.

Mine does the same thing
I was told it was because the gears were going bad in the headlight motors??
It never did it till about a year ago.

yeah i did some more research and found out its a bad motor. my passanger light has a bad gear.
