  • Front side signal lenses ?????

    Replacing my stock Front signal lenses with clears .
    Question ????... What is the EASYEST way to remove
    the friggin screws ??? without taking all the flip-up head light off ...
    Any info welcomed !

    Can't help ya..... My gf's came with smoked corners and my fronts are held in by one screw from the outside.

          There should be an access panel under the bumper that you take two 10mm bolts out and pull it down. It's still a pain in the butt to reach in there and get to the screws.

              I really could not get any real good shots. I found some shots of the same parts on Hugger Z's turbo install thread.

              The black panels on both sides attached to the front and outside curve of the bumper. These same side panels that will need to be removed are also held up by the main air deflector, that deflects the air flow up into our radiators, with two blots on each side.

              Once those panels are removed you will have easy access to the Front Signal and Side Marker lights.

              Hope this helps.

                looks like more than 2-3 screws tho ...

                  It's only 2 bolts for the access panel. You don't remove the entire panel. Yes it's a pain to reach up through there!

                      the way i put my clears on was i took that plastic off of the headlight and squeezed my arm down there still a pain though.

                        What plastic ????? I tried squeezing my arm down there with head-lights in the open position ,and its TIGHT !!!!!

                          Got one side Done !!!!! I'll tell you what ,tho ....I took ALL the screws..
                          out & remove the WHOLE panel !! 100% easyier that way .Plenty of room to see & work ....
