    coil pack.

switch the coil pack for cyl 5 with another one and see if the misfire moves to another cylinder

Did you have any rich or lean codes also or just misfire on Cyl. #5?

also if you do change the plugs go with NGK TR6 if you still plan on nitrous.

Dont forget to check the wire as well.

Ok so my testing proved inconclusive. i switched the #5 and #2 wires on the coil it still misfired but it only set a random misfire dtc. Im gunna try to set it again and go to auto zone insted of advance later. But i have to go to work soon so ill have to do it later or next week. I can drive in normal trafic w/o it misfireing so i should be good. The problem with testing every thing is there is spark at idle and when reving up. There has to be load. I wish i had a dyno lol.
