    Whats a ls1 long block worth?

    This may be the wrong place for this. So sorry if I posted it in the wrong place.

    Whats a ls1 long block (241 heads, no oil pan or accessories) that has a slight Rod knock worth. I cought it very early before it caused much damage. Thanks in advance!

    00 Trans Am: Forged 370ci iron block, LS3 heads and intake, ls3 polluter cam, fast 92mm throttle body, bbk's long tubes, yank 4k stall, Viking front coil overs, 3 ways adjustable rear shocks
    Bolt ons/Stall:12.2 @108 with a 1.6 60ft on dr's
    04 R6: k&n, olson shorty slip on, Vortex sprockets -1/+2
    Tags: 241, 500, accessories, advance, block, caused, check, damage, early, heads, knock, lol, long, ls1, oil, pan, pay, place, pos, rod, sell, slight, top, worth, wrong

    First I would pull the heads and check the cylinder walls. You can only go .005 over max. If block checks ok I'd pay $500 tops
    When in doubt, Whip it out !

        Possibly. More less wanting to trade my friend a fox for it. He meantioned it, but now he doesn't know. Lol it's just a roller.
