  • !AIR need to tune out codes

    Hello everyone!

Over the weekend I replaced the terrible paper header gaskets with the OE MLS ones, added Stage 8 header bolts, and replaced the old Kooks catted y-pipe with a stainless off-road one that has their new stamped merge. I was hoping that the air codes were all cleared during my last tune, but I got an SES light after the work, so it looks like that was not the case. Is there anyone here with HP Tuners that would be willing to tune out those codes and possibly reduce my idle a bit for a fair price?

Cost is $100 just for the credits. Find a performance shop with all LS1_B pcm's unlocked, they will probably charge you less

Are you available weekends at all? I'm in no rush really, so I'm sure I could make something work.

Yeah, I figured there would be a minimum cost. I thought about maybe just buying HPT to do it myself, and then I could play around with a few things whenever I wanted. I also thought about having a completely new tune done. The last time it was tuned was 2003 when the first cam and heads were put on.

I would normally do that, but it was last tuned by Woodbridge Dynotech in Virginia.
