I got a aftermarket throttle body now that does not have a tube for that.

Bring it back to the radiator then, just under the overflow port.

The top one goes to the coolant overflow tank, which the battery sits on. The one that currently has a tube on is if for the return from the TB.

So can I just hook it up to the bottom one?

Like Larry said, you will need a reducer. The ID of the hose that comes from the steam line is smaller than the ID of the hose that runs from the TB to the radiator.

Right that's fine. Just need to know a spot to hook it up too. I'll get a reducer,

Don't forget to hook up your overflow tank
