  • Best Undercoating?

The last time I half assed and just used some cheap rattle can undercoating.

Im going to get an angle grinder and go balls out on doing the under body. (Going to put a wire wheel on it)

I know about Por15 but you need to apply a top coat to it.

A gallon of Por15 and a gallon of the Chassis Black top coat is 158 bucks each.

    Anyone have any other suggestions.

honestly some POR or rust bullet and bedliner, or rustoleum and tractor paints have some rust proofing and sealer additives in them as well.

You only need to topcoat POR15 and Chassis Saver if its exposed to light, so on the underbody of a car it does not need it. Also you don't need anywhere near a gallon to do the bottom of a car. I believe I used less than a quart.

/\ that is correct, same stuff Kolin used on his car but he would be a better person to get an opinion from seeing as he drives his car lol.

Like stated previously, on the undercarriage you don't need the top coat and you won't need anywhere near 1 gallon.
