Now itll prolly need the 4x4 switch or that shift module behind it. Id try the switch first. If you were close by Id say stop into the dealership here and I could check it for ya

Nothing in the service manual links it to the switch. Someone had probed the wires to the transfer case motor and they look a little corroded, but not corroded thru. Maybe that little bit would throw off the sensor and cause the light to come on? Problem with everything electrical, you can't return anything once you've bought it. I also need to take it to a dealer to get some recall work for ABS sensor?

Maybe some new terminals on that connector if its corroded ?

It sounds like a poor connection there at the motor that you replaced, I have seen the connectors get corroded and cause the int light

Do you have pigtails available at the Dealership, or do I have to buy a whole harness? Also need to take it in for ABS sensor recall
