Well i connected it to the center prong and the gauge reads now.. However, 45psi = 0psi and at idle it sits at 75psi lolsigpicComment

not on the wrong pin. Could be the wrong sender (33-240 ohms instead of 0-90 ohms? I'll have to look up what years got what) or bad connection?

Shouldn't do anything then. Three wire are a switch/sender built into one unit. They were failsafes for the fuel pump relays on the older models. Middle was the sender pin, the outside two were +12 input and fuel pump feed - hit 4 psi oil pressure and it would power the pump in case the relay was dead.Originally posted by SOPES View Post

I had a single wire connector in my '96. I bought a pigtail and spliced the wires together myself. Afterward, it seemed to work the same as it did before. Sorry, wish I could be more helpful.
