    i have a 1995 trans am with the lt1 and the air wasnt cold so i went 2 charge it with a can and it started blowin smoke ( freon ) so bad i coodnt c where from but it was down by the compresser.. is there a common spot for these 2 go bad.... this heat is killin me id like 2 get my air back...

    Sounds like a tear in the low side hose. Could be the seals on the back of the compressor but typically they won't pour our like that.

      Put some dye in the system and look for a leak with a black light.

        finally got a black light and some time 2 look.. the entire compressor is covered in dye with a lil on the tensioner and the back mount is broke...is this a pain in the ass 2 remove ? it looks like it is... do i need 2 replace that mount?
