Flaming River rack and pinion power steering

Hi guys, new to the forum and have a quick question for the experts. My son and I have been working on his 69 Camaro. It's almost done and ready to be started for the first time. We have installed a Flaming River rack and pinion cradle kit. Trying to pick a location for the remote reservoir which is currently on the core support next to the radiator. Braided return hose to the rack is too short and the tech line said they have never encountered it being too short but couldn't tell me where others are installing. Any recommendations or pictures of a good location?

get a longer hose made up
Your not going to find many pictures because that conversion is not very popular. Most have the stock linkages or they have the tools and resources to fabricate things.

Wow, thanks for the help. This originally was a six cylinder car and my son and I have built it from the ground up welding in new floor pans, quarters, trunk floor, subframe connectors, and a 383 stroker. This is a quite popular conversion in a resto mod car like this. Anyone else out there done this rack and pinion conversion? Appreciate any assistance so we can get this car out cruisin MI.

I wasn't trying to be rude, sorry if it came out that way. You might have better success on pro-touring.com or lateral-G.net/com. This forum has a lot of knowledge of 3rd and 4th gen cars. There are a few 1st gen owners but not many of them are regulars.
