What rocker panel should do i need?

probably depends on the damage you can see with the door open.

The damage is not that severe, the door step molding is not bent or damaged

I would try to pull that first and see if it can be straightened.

I thought about it. But I dont have a stud gun and will be faced to take it to a shop.

the 2 pieces you listed are: 1. is just the rocker cover. 2. This is the whole rocker and has to be welded to the floor pan and sill. I would assume if you don't have a stud gun you probably don't have a welder either. You might consider getting a slide hammer and pull it out the best you can then bondo it. The door can be fixed with new door skin.
