Make sure the CPS is completely flush, mine was not flush and it's still snugged down, back under made sure she was flush then she started. If it's not flush you won't get accurate readings.

how much voltage should be coming out at the pig tail there? i checked the voltage at the pig tail at the icm and im getting like 11.9 volts. took out and replaced my cps and still no spark coming from the coil. i took the icm and coils off of my friends saturn (same exact car) and swapped them. his car starts and runs fine (with my icm and coils) and mine still doesnt start.
