intermitent P0300 code

ok so i picked this car up on sunday and on tuesday i was getting a P0300 code(random missfire) and then it went away wednesday morning, then today it popped up again, has NGK TR55's with summit 8mm wires from reciepts were put on in june. has newerish opti from GM. not really sure where to start, i do notice once in a while the idle gets a little choppy but nothing too crazy. any suggestions???? car is in my sig 97 camaro

I was getting this code after getting my car back, or a similar one(missfire knock sensor #2).. Found a bad plug wire, took care of the problem..

I had a random cylinder misfire code that started popping up on my 03 5.3l suburban on and off like you are describing, It turned out to be plugged catalytic converters causing the problem. do you still have the stock cats in place? they could be plugged

found out from the previous owner that he found the plug wires rubbing the A/C pulley so he moved them, and he was also getting the code, i bet there arcing.

did some logging and my longterm fuel trims on bank 1 are pretty high when giving it throttle, also what are normal O2 voltages with the key at the run position? gonna try , clean air filters, tighten exhaust up, check for vacuum leaks and then reset the pcm and then let it worm up then take it for a drive then re check the fuel trims.
