Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

I wanna give a big thanks to steve and a huge referral also, he did an amazing job on the tune, feels like a totally different car, and he helped me out with a couple electrical issues too. Hopefully get it on the dyno in the next couple weeks to see what im putting down but I cant even get it to hook in 2nd and third spins hard too, and that with 315s. he really knows what hes doing and if your having any tuning problems give him a call, very fair price for top notch work.
Im hoping to see 400rwhp, but I think my headers are holding me back, it only had edelbrock tes headers on it, should make some good torque with it but hp is probaly lacking a bit. 500 with a little 100shot but that probaly wont be til next year. Wifes cutting me off on spending money on it for a little bit lol
Thats a hell of a goal on a stock cubed H/C car whats the setup again? Also this is a 6 speed car? I think there are some guys on this site that are close to 400rwhp but they have stroker 383 cars.
Stock displacement, reconditioned rods, arp bolts. Potted and polished heads, gasket matched and potted intake, 54mm tb, comp 230/236 cam, 1.7 rollers with hardedned push rods, electric water pump, a1000 fuel pump with 32lb injectors. I'm sure I'm missing some stuff but that's the big things. I know 400 is high hopes but that's what I'm hoping for, seen a couple similar cars putting down 390-415 so we will see
I don't disagree but hes got stock cubes and stock ported heads so I think its a long shot IMO I would think 370rwhp would be more accurate with that setup but I hope I'm wrong.
I did but my results weren't accurate - my v6 fuel pump was dying so my AFR was going to 14 at WOT while fuel pressure was going to about 20psi. I managed 325 or something like that. I'm not sure what to expect when I have it redynoed... I understand leaner AFR will make for higher HP numbers but 14 AFR at 20psi fuel pressure seems like I was choking the engine so I wonder if my next runs will be higher, same, or less.
You should talk to Steve and see if he has any more openings for the dyno day he was going to do. It's June 27th and $50 for 3 pulls.
the guy that I bought the car from had them done, didnt have the flow numbers on the which kinda sucks. he said they had alot of work done but it was over 4 years ago so he didnt remember specs. Is that the bikini car wash/dyno day?
