    95 Buick Century issues

    On my wife's car the Drivers side window when trying to roll it up it stalls/stops alot and you have to wait for it to sit a minute and then retry it, where should I start looking to fix this, its very annoying.

    Also I had the intake gasket replaced and then I replaced the 2 temp sensors, since the temp gauge did not work, the gauge works now, replaced the one for the fan and the one for the gauge, the person who owned it for me over heated it and the fan stopped working so they wired it into the Parking light switch, I am guessing so if they forget to turn the switch off the lights would be a reminder, but I would like to make it back to be like it was from the factory so I do not have to keep futsing with it.

    Any help would be great, I am not great with this kinda stuff so please bear with me and expect a ton of questions..

    PS not sure where to ask questions like this on NON fbodies so I thought maybe here was ok, or should it be in the electrical area?

    the window stops because they are on a circuit breaker that opens if there is too much load.
    The motor or regulator could be bad. I would get some silicone spray and spray the felt track down the sides of the glass first and se if that helps

        sometimes it work. if its making noise(clunking, popping) the reg is probably bad.

          well did that to all the windows and it helped them all but the drivers one. it goes up a little bit and just stops, makes no noises, clunking or grinding. maybe the relay is bad?

          What can you tell me about the fan stuff, anything? its still getting really warm and I hate driving with my parking lights on, looks stupid

            the fan could be many things. it may be easier to get a controler kit than to find the issue or it could be something simple. The kits come with a thermal probe for the rad or hose that controls the fan relay

              can get them through summit or something like it?

                hey Bad, anything I can do about the windows? the drivers window is still doing it

                  maybe pull the panel and adjust the track if its tight in places. can get a look at the regulator while you're in there
