Who dyno tuned your car?

I am upgrading the cam in my car this winter. I'm changing from the small TR224 to a larger Patrick G custom spec cam and I am looking for the best LS1 tuners in Michigan. So, who tuned your car?

Give me:
-The shops name / location
-Have you had any issues (stalling, surging, etc)? If so, did they fix it?
-What tuning software did they use?
-What type of dyno (Mustang or dynojet)?
-What is your setup (e.g. what cam, heads, etc)?

I am happy with the results of my current tuner but they pissed me off last spring so I thought I would try something new this time around.

There's a guy north of GR that did David (LSXDreamer) and he was great. I know other like him too. Bakers is what the place is called. Someone will chime in.

He works out of his house in Macomb township and also tunes for Stenod Performance in Troy
No issues whatsoever, if I do he fixes them right away.
H/C setup on my car and the results speak for themselves IMO, he is hands down the best tuner around and the only one I will continue to take my car to

welp, i tried going through livernois this time around.. ..but they couldnt even get just the computer right so that i could drive the car there and get the car fully tuned.... ..so, pace took it to bakers. runs great!

I had Steve at Vector Motorsports tune mine. He does street tunes and my car runs great. It does have the normal surge with the CC503 at 45mph around 1500rpms. Steve offered to fix and I told him not to worry about it - I think the little bit of surging to be part of the "hot rod" experience.

Dr Phil

Dr.Phil is the man. He tunes some VERY fast street cars and they all seem to run like raped apes. He is very big in the Corvette community also.

Street tune, which is what I would prefer by far. He does have dyno access as well if your interested in numbers though.

dr phil is the bestest. he also tunes leo(goldrush's car)
he doesn't do much at stenod anymore. if you want numbers it will probably be from Jakes dyno.
BTW. he won't do open header or crazy loud cars.

Street tune, which is what I would prefer by far. He does have dyno access as well if your interested in numbers though.

I agree that street tunes are better I just worry about doing 120mph pulls on the street. I also do not care about dyno numbers...IMO the only power numbers that matter are trap speeds in the 1/4 mile. Does he use his own wideband? I have one but I don't trust it...
