LOL, dude, line lock was my 1st mod!!!

It'll be something along the lines of this.. Do I need it? No! But I hate the stock shifter!!! Won't be a ratchet shifter though.. Just a B&M A4 shifter.. My car will be cleaner too..lol

you don't need a shifter. just put it in D when you leave the pits and put it in P when you get back

That's cool Larry, I was thinking about the same thing for my car. I was looking at the Hurst Pro Matic.

having ridden in Larry's car before I can say that his car seemed like it was VERY fun to shift manually. Good mod for ya!

For drag racing, I learned last time out, just put it in 3rd and let the computer shift.. On the street, though, it is fun shifting it yourself!

why would it be any different on the street though, save the trans and get a T-56 if you wanna row em Can't wait to see some progress pics and we'll definatly have to have a heads up race next spring Larry.

It's just fun to shift now and then.. Dude trust me I wanted a M6, but when this car came along I couldn't pass just because it was an auto.. Heads up works for me, right now I think you're quicker.. But should be close..

nope, you've got a better ET with the gas, and about 5 more mph lol but I'm hoping to run a little faster this year than my best 11.68

I'm hoping to dip into the high 11's on the motor next year, I think I can when I get the suspension dialed in a little better, only need a little over a tenth to do that. Then hoping for 11.20's on spray.. We'll see?

I don't think you'll have any problem doing that.
