  • New go fast parts!

Oh man I'm so psyched today I recieved my Lingenfelter GT2-3 cam, springs, pushrods, LS2 timing chain, and spring tool. Makes me want to start tearing my car apart already but then I would have to put it away sooner. Oh well guess I'll have plenty of time to install all of my mods this winter then tune it with my HPT. Everyone best be looking to see me at the opener because it'll be there.

Well a friend of mine just did his in is driveway on jack stands and I will have a lift and his took him 3 days so I'm guessing around there. I won't be starting the install until I get my LTs with ORY and LS6 intake and Port and polish my TB so in all I dunno how long but I have all winter so guess I can take my time. I'll let you all know how it goes.

Yep I have HPT for years 2002 and 1998, i dont know what year vince has but he could use it if he fits those categories. Went it on it with a kid that I know who lives by the Onyx. Don't worry about the exhaust I'm gonna buy a hooker off the same kid because he thinks its too loud so that is covered just wish Vince hadn't bought his already so I had a buyer but I'll list it when the time comes. I already have some before dyno #s so it should be a good comparison after. I figure if I'm around 350 to the rear that'll be good since I only put down 280 with the stall exhaust and lid. 70rwhp from LTs and LS6 intake with ported TB and a small cam would be nice but I can only hope.

Sweet! goodluck on the Dyno #'s!! I myself am also looking to do a cam..Im thinking an F14 cam with all new springs, lifters, pushrods ect. Car put down 334 rwhp with a FIPK, borla catback, and an LS6 intake. I didnt get to dyno her this yr..but its got a lingenfelter intake on it, with alittle juice. So with a cam and spray...its time to get evil...

Yeah I'd be doing the same thing but I'm really in it for the long run and am going for a fully forged motor with a turbo kit making well over 500 to the rear. Its definatly a work in progress but I'm excited to not be so damn slow. You ever had your car at the track and how big of a shot you running?

I havnt been to the track this yr..and wont seeing how its going away the end of this week. The car on the shot should be making close to or about 500rwhp. The car is tuned motor, and tuned nitrous...so the #'s are up there. I mean 334 was like i said..lid, cat-back, and ls6 intake. Since then its got Lingenfelter intake, Long tubes, ORY, Nitrous, Motor tune, Nitrous tune, Racetronix fuel pump(full kit), Suspension mods,Amongest other things, ect ect lol. So with a cam ontop of my spray..

Sounds wicked man. We should be getting a track and dyno day set up for next season so hopefully if so then we can both get our numbers.

Now just time to pick a cam (which im thinking the F13 or F14) wait for taxes and install it. The car should be pretty evil with the cam and mods. I think over 500 should be no prob
