glad to see another lsx thirdgen in michigan. bout time you joined us!
there are two in st.clair shores, one in clinton twp and my two soon to be 3 that i'm aware of in the area. it's well worth the work in the end and the gas money alone that i saved after one year almost pays for one of the drivetrains. i think there are more fox bodies on my side of the town with the swaps then thirdgens.
good work, keep it up!

Took the car out today for a shake down cruise...WMCC Zack rode along with me. Thanks Zack for helping me put the hood back on.
Car ran great, with only a few minor issues. Gotta figure out why my speedo isn't working and I also blew a bunch of trans fluid out the vent on the T56. Long story but apperently when you buy a brand new trans that has a big bright orange tag on it that says "Unit does not contain any fluid" don't believe it. I "assumed" the trans was empty and dumped in 4 quarts of fluid....never even thought about checking to see if the trans had fluid already in it....hence the big bright orange tag. Anyways she was a bit full to say the least! Now I have to clean all the fluid off under the car and on the back bumper
It's such a different experience driving the car now. I am so used to having ass loads of torque down low right off idle, now it's pretty soft until you hit about 3500rpm....then it starts to pull pretty hard. I only took it up to 5000rpm once or twice...but it was SO tempting to keep my foot planted.
